My run...

was slower then it should be!!! But, I blame someone and Costco's Chocolate Chip Cookies for my slowness today. So my 4 mile run, I ran over 8 minute miles, BOOO to that! 8:17 was my average pace per mile. I have to run 16 tomorrow or Friday or maybe even as late as Saturday. I am waiting for my Aunt to email me to see if she can do most of it with me. I know it will be hard but I will be glad when it's in the books. ; ) Fundraising has slowed down quite a bit, which I expected but I am still shooting for $5,000. How 'bout them LBSer's???

12, done!

It feels good to have my 12 miler done by 6:30 am. I woke up at 4:30 and was running by 4:40. Ran 5.5 mi. and met my Aunt and Amy and finished up with them. I had an 8:45/mi pace which is pretty good. 1:45:41 was my time for the 12 miles.

All is good...

Running is going really well, I've completed all my workouts so far in August. Even my 14 miler on Friday! Besides that fact that I just ran 7 miles and I am eating ice cream and it is 7AM things are going good with running and fundraising. I have over $3,000, I think the last $2,000 will be hard to get though. Thanks everyone for everything!

Long run...COMPLETED!!!!

Thank God! I am so thankful that my long run for the week is done and I don't have to stress about it. And it's the fastest I have run 10 miles ever, so that is good, well a plus! I started running with my Aunt again which I am sure will go well. All I have to run tomorrow is 2 miles. So this week is going good, I am glad I got a good start here in August. Hopefully the rest of the day will go well it's only 7. So today 10 miles/1:24:43/8:26 pace. : )

It's been a while....

I have still been running. I will start posting daily again. I really need to keep on track especially with my long runs. I am going to start running with my Aunt again, since they run around 5Am so it's not as hot. So that will go well, I am sure.
